Came in with like no idea what I was looking for and spoke to Hanan about the problems I was having with my hair and she suggested something for me, I didn?t feel pressured by her or anything like that and she didn?t overwhelm me with options so I think that was really nice.

Following a disastrous hair colour I visited the store on the Friday before Christmas very upset and unsure of what I could do to rescue my hair. The sympathy, advice and support I received went way beyond what I was expecting. Today my scalp had healed and I was able to use the toner they recommended to me and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I can?t thank them enough for the help they gave me and how understanding and professional they were. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend this store in future. Thank you so much xx

Absolutely wonderful customer service from Carina who helped me find the right bleach to try fix my hair disaster. Carina was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. She even helped me pick out the best Olaplex product for my damaged hair. Very impressed by such a high standard of service and her friendly personality made my experience a solid 10/10. Thank you!
