Customer service is non existent from the manager here. The way she speaks to customers is absolutely appalling. Extremely rude and with an attitude. Needs to learn some manners.

customer service is absolute joke, that lady with glasses i think blonde hair , absolutely clueless gave me wrong information few times which i have to correct her, she dont listen to you ! its a absolute joke! she needs career change work somehwhere else

These guys are brilliant. So professional, helpful and prompt. Text you when your prescription is ready. If they haven’t got something they suggest where to try. They do not chat / gossip when there are customers waiting (which is the norm at some other places). THANK YOU for being awesome Ryemead.
