I booked an appointment and unfortunately wasn't able to attend it. Tried to cancel it over the Internet and it was not working.
I was advised to call the pharmacy.. ...called them 6-7 times and no one picked up the phone....

Terrible service. The staff literally ignore you as you walk in and the blonde lady even walked away from the counter when I walked in. I was the only customer there! Stood waiting for a couple of minutes as 4-5 staff just chatted in the back of the shop. Completely rude and unprofessional.

Always have to chase up my prescriptions and they never have it in store. FOUR times in the last 3 weeks. I have had a prescription sent over to the pharmacy and I have to call a few days later to see if it?s ready and it?s STILL not been ordered in! Absolutely ridiculous. Staff are so rude and unhelpful too. Will be changing to a different pharmacy

Picked up a parcel Tuesday that was delivered to Rowlands from DPD very unhelpful rude lady told me there was only one parcel, turns out there was two ( 24inc monitor) not sure how that was missed?Really caused me a problem work-wise after numerous emails/calls investigating finally found out it was there all along on Thursday.Surely it does not cost anything to be polite and it?s not the first time I?ve experienced her lack of customer service.

Always friendly, knowledgeable staff. Convenient, local, personal service. Better than big corporate entities who don't know you and make mistakes with prescriptions etc.

4 members of staff behind the counter and I still had to wait 15 mins before getting a hi who's next... awful customer service and not friendly attal! not even a sorry for the wait!
