Lots of clueless ladies chatting away behind the counter delivering an extremely slow and dismissive service.
The pharmacy needs some TLC, a broom and a lick of paint as well as some customer service training for it's staff.

If I could rate this pharmacy no stars I generally would.
After recently moving to the area and having a baby this was my closest pharmacy which I thought would be helpful which really isn't.
The ques are so long, and they usually make you wait outside which could be for 20 minutes plus why they look like they're not doing a lot.
I have found that when I have waited so long to actually get spoken to they have not always had the medicine which is needed and they just send me off to another pharmacy which is not good when you have a crying baby.
My most recent visit was to get the contraceptive pill which is a common thing. I went to the doctors on Thursday 29th August who told me to go to the pharmacy tomorrow to collect them. Today (2nd September) I attended the pharmacy, had to wait around 15 minutes as the staff appeared to be doing anything but speaking to the customers. When I was finally seen I said I have a prescription to pick up, after giving my details she explained it was not ready and wouldn't be till tomorrow (3rd September) after 2pm. I explained to the lady that this prescription was sent over last week and I'm unsure about why it isn't ready, I explained that people do attend work as well. She then said tomorrow after 2 and walked away. Looking to change mine and my daughter's pharmacy as soon as possible

Staff called me ghungi, I later found out what that means. Please be mindful while talking to customers. I was trying to talk less as I got throat issues not because I am deaf or dumb .
