Very rude manager. Bought a blazer a while ago which was unworn and now needing to wear it, noticed that the security tag hadn't been removed at time of purchase. Went back to the shop today and asked a girl by the tills for help and she refused to take it off. Unfortunately i thought the manager would be more helpful but i was shocked by his attitude as he refused to remove it. Things then went from bad to worse as he became rude and obnoxious and began suggesting i couldnt prove I'd lay for it. The irony is if I was a shoplifter, how did i get it out of the shop without the alarm going off?! Im just so disappointed with the manager's attitude and rudeness towards me and totally being unhelpful. Theyve lost a regular customer who will not be shopping there anymore until they can train their store manager with how to speak to customers.

Really disappointed!!!
I have now visited 4 River Island outlets
Only to find that each outlet no longer stocks a short leg in my waist size.
Worse still I couldn't even order via the branch!!
Was more than happy to purchase 3 pairs of Jeans!!

Disappointing as the detail & fabric choices have become less appealing. Too much polyester and bad quality. Really no distinctive vision, just a wide range of meh clothes.
