The team are really nice and friendly. They took their time explaining everything and answered questions. Unlike other opticians chains it is refreshing to speak to someone who have your interests in mind instead of trying to get you to buy glasses every time you go.100% would recommend them.Booked online through their website and got an appointment the next day. Super easy!

I was really pleased with my visit to Redgate Opticians. Ahmed was really polite, helpful and informative throughout my eye examination. He took his time to fully explain my current eye health and answer any queries I had, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Booking an appointment was very simple online and location was very easy to get to. Fast, quick, impressive service. I would fully recommend Redgate Opticians to everyone. My family have all become long-term clients. Keep up the great work Mr. Ahmed. Thank you again.

My little boy (age 5) needed glasses and I read the reviews of this shop and decided to go ahead. Best decision ever! Sarah was incredibly welcoming and explained thoroughly my sons needs and the options going forwards. My son was quite nervous before we went but came out skipping and was very happy. Sarah is a credit to this business. Won?t go anywhere else now!

I have taken my granddaughter several times lately for alterations/repair and replacement of her glasses. The service every time has been exceptionally good. Extremely polite, professional and friendly towards her.

I love these guys. Great optician. Great salesperson. Went out of their way to help me and matched an online price. Found the exact frames I was looking for. Made my glasses really quickly and fitted them to my face perfectly. Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend.Edit*Just returned from my second visit. I?ve been having sight problems and the brilliant optometrist thoroughly checked out my eyes and took her time to explain everything to me. The staff are so helpful and kind. Just brilliant
