AVOID this place at all costs!! obnoxious, over entitled and rude lead pharmacist, who like others have mentioned has some sort of anger management issue. I happily moved my dads medication to another pharmacy - 'Rowlands' and have had no issues since.I wish there was an option of giving zero stars!

The head pharmacist here was very nice and had an incredibly calming and soothing demeanour about him. All the other members of staff were very patient even during an incredibly busy and rushed period of vaccinations. I was there to get a fit-to-fly certificate on a Monday and the result to be given on Tuesday - all went through as promised and with prompt and on time delivery.

Never answer phone. Recording just says mailbox is full. Tried for 4 days and they won't answer. Went elsewhere in the end

Unbelievably awful service from this place - clearly run by someone who consistently gets out of the wrong side of the bed each morning. Went for my covid jab and was a few minutes late. Was kept waiting. Then told to arrive on time in future like I was back at school? I refused the jab as didn?t fancy a jab from someone on his high horse. I hope their business goes under

Don't go there to get your Covid booster jab, unless you are happy to experience rude, impatient and intolerant staff, a near total lack of organisation and long delays to your appointment time. The pharmacy appear to have packed in too many appointments into the available time, in order to maximise their profits, but at the expense of people who go there to simply get the jab they are entitled to. The staff don't appear to appreciate that older people are slower to react/respond and are not quite so computer literate as younger people - if you can't immediate recite your booking number, you'll get bumped to the back of the queue. Furthermore, the premises are quite compact and not really very suitable for anyone who is disabled. Parking outside is also a significant problem - the maximum parking time being 30 mins and you'll probably wait a good bit longer than that to get your jab.Take my advice - go somewhere else to get your Covid jab if you possibly can.

Bought a blood test service, travelled 1 hour to get there, they then cancelled on me sighting these reasonsA postal strike (for a non-existent strike, there are no strikes)The funeral of HMS Queen Elizabeth II (even though this isn't planned for at least 10 days)The impact of the death of HMS Queen Elizabeth IIThe busyness of all the Covid vaccinees next weekThe inconvenience to the pharmacy should a blood test not be suitable and the administration effort to rectify the paperworkThe claimed comment made by a postal worker who said they could not guarantee the delivery in-timeThe inconvenience to the pharmacy to take blood twice, should on the chance the blood sample not arrive in timeSome 'etherical' reason that made no sense to meYet,The pharmacy chose not to contact me either the day before or on the day, knowing I had to travel a reasonable distanceThe pharmacy chose not to use an alternative courier if their choice of courier seemed to show signs that didn't give them the necessary confidence about the timely delivery, even though the commercial arrangements would remain unchanged.My advice would be to avoid.
