Customer service from HELL!
I went to the Primark High Wycombe couple of weeks ago and bought few bits of essential pieces. I bought something like called footies which is similar to foot liner. However, the size weren?t good so I wanted to swap it only to found that its non-exchangeable as policy says so which is fine by me. But, I was completely disgusted by the customer service assistant?s attitude & the manner in which she had spoken to me!! I mean how these kind of people get a job while their role is primarily to engage with customer face to face. She had no quality to stand by a kiosk & treat customer that way just because I wasn?t fully aware about their REFUND/exchange policy. PRIMARK go straight to Hell for hiring most horrendous people to work.

Store is nice but a bit overwhelming. Men?s department is small but some great pieces. Some of the older staff are rude

I went into your store on Saturday 26th, and purchased a number of items, after I?d left the store I realised the sun glasses I?d bought were faulty and had a spec of black stuff in the glass, so on my way back I popped back in store to replace them with a pair that wasn?t faulty. I took them to the checkout to sort this out, I told the woman what had happened and gave her the receipt and glasses firstly she told me that I?d never bought theses glasses from your store, which I was confused, then she told me my receipt was not dated from today and told me I needed to bring the actual receipt, and then she told me that there weren?t even any sunglasses on my receipt, all of this was wrong, i asked her if someone else could look at the receipt or if I could talk to another employee as this was the correct receipt from today and she proceeded to call me a lier, and she refused to ask another member of staff for me, and the worker next to her just confirmed what she had said without even looking at the receipt. I then picked up the receipt off the counter and tried to look at it as I know it?s the right receipt and she snatched it from me before I could even look, twice! She was so rude, I then had to point out to her the date and the glasses on the receipt and she finally gave me a refund. She was so rude and didn?t apologise for her mistake after constantly telling me I was wrong, it was embarrassing and completely unnecessary, she should not be working on a till if she can not read and has such poor customer service skills

Throughly enjoy every trip to this Primark. Always well stocked and have some great items. I?ll admit, the prices are a bit shifty for some items but overall would recommend coming here. It?s one of my favourite shops to go to when I come into town!

I recently visited the Primark in High Wycombe, and overall, it was a good experience. The store is spacious and well-maintained, with a wide range of affordable clothing and accessories. I was impressed with how tidy it was compared to other Primark locations, even during busy hours.
However, I did find the layout a bit confusing as the sections weren?t clearly marked, which made it harder to find specific items. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for it.
This Primark is definitely a great addition to High Wycombe, but a bit more organization in the store layout would make the shopping experience even better.

Once it change their location to the Eiden shopping mall it seems lack of boys items in there. But still have a affordable good choice to female.

It's really bad compared with the old one. Too small, too cramps. There is no order the way is done. I had an anxiety inside from the space.

Visited the new Primark today and did buy a few bits but feel it's just not as exciting as it used to be .
Still has the odd good bargain though
