Jan is warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. I called at 9.31am to order balloons for my husbands birthday (same day delivery) and Jan delivered them at 13.33. My husband is thrilled with them. He said they are the nicest he has ever seen. I highly recommend Pollenation.

Amazing service!I rang very late in the day baring in mind I rang 3 other florists in Wycombe and they all said they are finished or not delivering anymore today! This lady got my flowers delivered to my partner with great service!And she even rang me a hour later after delivering them to check everyone was happy and it was all good!Flowers were beautiful and I left in all in her hands as I didn?t have a clue what to choose so again she was brilliant helping me out there!If I could give another star I would!Will Definitely be recommending this lady and her company! And I certainly will be back!

Beautiful flowers delivered within the hour. The lady listened to my story in order to better interpret what I wanted - a bright bouquet but still with some white in (my mum had just lost her Westie). These were delivered during Storm Eunice too using a box as protection. She thought of everything and would be my ?go to? again and again.

I recently ordered some funeral flowers from Pollenation. I did this over the phone as I wanted something slightly different from those on the website. The lady I spoke to was lovely. She was kind, professional and very helpful. I often bought flowers at the shop in High Wycombe pre covid and the standard has always been of the highest quality.The flowers were beautiful. In fact we brought them home and 8 days later they are still blooming out in our garden. They were too lovely to just leave to rot without anyone who understood their message being able to see them and think of that special person. I wish I could remember the name of the lady I spoke to but thank you very much for all your help and sensitivity. You are definitely a key worker at this difficult time.

Would NOT recommended this shop ordered flowers for a funeral when they were delivered they were in a hatchback car rather than a van on top of this the flowers were all over the floor when I went to receive them the driver was trying to reattach them on the side of the road!! Flowers that were used seemed cheap and not value for money the roses looked like they were about to die in a day or to we?re not fresh at all on top of this when trying to lift the letters the legs fell off nearly ruining the entire set of flower words tried reattaching the leg back to the base but would go in after three ppl trying it got back in without damaging anything! This is not the sort of stuff you want to be doing after paying over £300 for flowers. Service was very bad delivery was very bad quality of flowers was average for the price paid not value for money! Over all experience was a let down considering the good reviews don?t be fooled people!

So impressed with the delivery and service! Considering the current situation, there is such a variety of flower selections available on their website. I ordered a Soft Pastel Hand Tied bouquet and a box of Chocolates for my best friend's birthday that I'm unfortunately having to miss. She was completely over the moon at receiving them yesterday. Absolutely stunning and fresh bouquet and the largest box of chocs! If you are in the Bucks area and struggling to find an open florist during this time, then look no further than Pollenation - offers far more variety of flower selection than other florists in the area that I researched, amazing quality flowers, good value and excellent service/delivery. 10/10

Jan is a lovely woman and has done an AMAZING job with my wedding flowers! I didn't really know what i wanted or what to have but Jan spent the time running through different options with me and providing plenty of suggestions with her creative mind!
