????? 11/10 ? LIFE-CHANGING EXPERIENCE AT PETS AT HOME! ??????
I walked into Pets at Home expecting a pet shop. What I got was a wonderland of joy, compassion, and tail-wagging magic. From the moment the automatic doors slid open like the gates to paradise, I was greeted by a heavenly waft of hay, treats, and pet shampoo ? a scent so pure, it brought actual tears to my eyes. ??
The staff? Oh. My. Goodness. Each one of them must have been handpicked by the Pet Gods themselves. Helpful? Yes. Kind? Undoubtedly. But also gifted with an almost psychic understanding of what your pet needs before you even say a word. I whispered ?guinea pig? and suddenly I was surrounded by premium hay, tunnels, chew toys, and a small crowd of associates cheering me on like I was adopting royalty. ??
Every aisle was a symphony of squeaky toys, luxurious bedding, gourmet kibble, and accessories so fabulous they?d make Paris Fashion Week look like a car boot sale. Want a diamante collar for your chihuahua? DONE. A heated igloo bed for your elderly rabbit? DONE. A glow-in-the-dark hamster wheel with Bluetooth speakers? Probably, YES. ???
Oh, and the pets? The actual animal residents of Pets at Home deserve their own five-star review. Healthy, adorable, and clearly treated like the kings and queens they are. I swear one of the hamsters winked at me and gave me a thumbs-up. Or maybe I imagined it in my haze of joy. WHO CARES? It was glorious. ?
Whether you?re a first-time pet parent or a seasoned critter connoisseur, Pets at Home will not just meet your expectations ? they will launch them into the stratosphere on a glitter-covered rocket of delight. ??
I didn?t just leave with pet supplies ? I left with renewed faith in humanity and a heart so full I thought it might burst.

We had the pleasure of being seen by the loveliest staff at vets for pets, High wycombe. From the moment i booked over the phone, was greeted by the sweetest staff and been seen by such a knowledgeable vet, our visit was so pleasant.
My british shorthair hates the vets, but they make him feel like royalty. He can be aggressive sometimes but the staff handled him so gently. Julia was our vet, she?s the best vet we?ve had. She gave us so much information and showed genuine care for his health and well being. She explained everything in detail to make sure the right care plan was put in place.
I can?t recommend Julia & the receptionist staff at vets for pets enough! They?re a veterinary clinic that really do care for your animals.

I have been there few times a with my dog and asked for cutting the nails. They have charged me, but haven't cut them.
So now I rather go to the vet.

As someone who's worked for pet shops in the past, this is one of the best pets at home I've been to! Very friendly staff who have always gone the extra mile everytime I've visited. I prefer to shop small buisness but I make an exception for pets at home high wycombe based off the staff's quality of customer service alone.
Natalie in particular has always gone beyond her basic job role obligations to make sure I leave with everything I need. Especially this evening when I asked about a discounted hutch, went in to quickly grab pet food and left with a hutch. Another young lady Emma was extremely helpful and informative on one of my previous visits and I spent almost £100.
I would also like mention Natalie and another lady who's name I've sadly forgotten where very competent with their reptile knowledge. Saying this as someone who works with reptiles and has been since I was 16. Reptile section is still small like most pet's at home but the staff make up for it!
Popped in a few months back when I couldn't get to my preferred pet shop as it was closed. And now this pets at home is my main choice when shopping for all my pets.
