“I think it is totally about who is on at the time for your pet shopping experience. I have had miserable service and really good service with a smile. I am feeling in good spirits ,so the last one was extremely helpful and will write the review on that. I had a name tag done, was told it plays up and which one was the best to use for best results. Also saying if I did not work properly or good enough for my needs they would not charge me. I was pleased with the service and results so happy to pay. I am sure you will know quickly which day you will have there, as they do not hide it or possibly been trained for customer service. But overall I do get most of what I need here, which keeps me coming back on those 'not so' plesent occasions.”
