This review is for the o2 customer services who give the worse service you can imagine.
I placed an order with o2 customer services twice and on both occasions after completing the order and receiving the contracts I was assured the phone would be arriving Tuesday, on both occasions even after completing the order it was still in my basket where it is impossible to complete either by me or o2 themselves. If you read online there is a major issue known for years in regards to upgrades and switch ups - this was confirmed by an employee in store . All I wanted was a phone and they could not even do that for me, I passed all their checks , they even took money from my account for credit checks, yet they could not deliver on their most sold service ever. I have been a loyal o2 customer for over 20 years and I have been treated like an idiot. I placed a dozen calls, dozens of live chats, even a visit a the store and no one was able to help, everyone on the phone is a robot, everyone at the stores whilst helpful it is clear they don?t have many powers to help customers . I should mention they have this one time access code that unfortunately for the customer you will be asked for a million times as an o2 customer. I?ve waited 3 days for a phone I complained , I made 2 orders, many live chats, a visit to the store and two requests for a manager to call me and yet nothing, absolutely nothing has been done I done have a phone fit for use and as I type o2 still having reached out to me not even on twitter. Do yourself and favour and find another mobile phone service provider.

I won't be going there again. The staff are unhelpful and don't seem to be bothered with your concerns unless you are buying something, and I have experienced this in several 02 stores they donr want to do anything so constantly refer you to customer services and will tell you it's better if you call them yourself. Thanks to someone doing that in the midlands, I got hacked by scammers. As soon as my contract is up, I'm going to another provider. It was not like this before they merged with Virgin.

My phone was stolen elsewhere in the Eden Centre, so I went to the O2 shop to block my SIM card and order a new one. Despite not having ID, the staff member (so sorry, I didn't get him name) was amazing and got it all sorted on the phone for me, then let me borrow the phone to call my husband. The new SIM card then arrived within less than 24 hours. It all made an upsetting experience much easier, so huge thanks for that :)

I would like to say how amazing George was, I rushed from work arrived about 5.40pm. The system was down but George kept trying to get it to run. Whilst we was waiting he was trying to find other solutions. Time was ticking and the shop was about to close. The system came back on and he managed to get me a new phone. Absolutely great customer service. Thank you!!

Finalised a new 02 mobile contract this morning with Usman. He was so patient and helpful. Customer service at the highest level.
Highly recommend.

Having spent 24 hours trying to get help from 02 online and on the phone and having totally unhelpful service (the tearing your hair out kind) I finally made it to the shop in High Wycombe where Eliza sorted me out in five minutes. A 5 star thank you. Seriously. Go there.

Avoid this shop I'm now without a phone until potentially Wednesday. Not good enough. I was told to come back after 24hrs as they'd be able to sort it out then. Walked in and straight away could tell by his face he wouldn't be able to sort it. People like this shouldn't be in a customer focused job role full stop. They have a sign saying no "abuse will be tolerated" I'm not being funny but if I was giving the level of service these guys are I'd have a sign on my head saying "please shout at me" because dealing with the public doesn't take skill you either can or you can't and they simply can't do it.
Annoyed is an understatement we all rely on our phone more than we should admittedly but when it comes to allowing friends and family you're ok or waiting on a hospital appointment that's also taken far to long to arrange and now maybe missed for reasons totally unnecessary. I did this as Vodafone service has been useless of late kept getting voicemails when the phone hadn't even rang. I didn't expect to end up worse than that by having my number disconnected and ported to a sim card thats at a sorting office for delivery withing 3/5 working days.

If there was a 0 star rating I?d give it. I just wanted a simple eSIM. Sitting in the shop for an hour, no end in sight. The treasure hunt continues. Online, shop, back online, back to the shop. Didn?t know O2 was in the ping pong ball business. Now the very kind tech is doing his best to help. He is talking to his tech support, for the second time, who put him on hold 10 minutes. By the way the wifi in this cellular store is apparently the butt of jokes. How ironic. If you want an eSIM card with fast, reliable service, go elsewhere.

Such a horrible service!! The 2 girls at the front were sitting with their legs up on their phones; when I told them it was disrespectful, they started raising their voices at me and giving me attitude. I've never seen staff be so rude to customers in my life. Worst experience I've ever had.
