Today my girlfriend went to collect some click and collect items. Part of it was missing. Took almost an hour in the shop. Disaster. This place deserves to go out of business it's just not good enough.

Came Sat afternoon 7/12
Busy and only one poor guy doing the click and collect
Our package was missing one item which was delayed so was asked to go to checkout where the assistant checked. He promised someone will call or email us confirming the item is being cancelled and refunded after it showed it wasn't available until April 1st!
Heard nothing back from him or customer services and item we have already paid for is still not with us or refunded.
Lazy staff. I feel we were just brushed under the carpet as still not heard anything back still.

Used to be a decent store. Awful. No staff. Will wait over 20 mins at tills to be served. When asked if more staff could come to tills was told they didn?t have any. And then get home to find security tags left on! So the ones working don?t even do a proper job either.

We came into this store in the afternoon on Sunday 25th to buy some items for an upcoming holiday. We were served by an extremely rude cashier named Pat.Pat had a severe attitudinal problem and it was clear she did not want to be there, nor did she want to serve us. Pat was rude, dismissive and simply miserable! We had barely got our receipt and items in our hands, when she shouted 'NEXT CUSTOMER!' whilst we were still at till point! It actually felt like we were being shoved away! Awful customer service! If I could give Pat a zero star, I would!

AVOID at all cost! The service is so slow. The staff are incompetent and rude. Any issues they ask you to call customer services - what is the point of having a physical store!
