Very bad customer service! One man searched quick online to order some school trousers for my son. I went next day to collect them and they were wrong ones, no problem, I understood that, no worries.. But when I spoke with other 2 ladies there to search again online they quick found excuse that they don?t have, neither of them said to search again to see, and I asked them and they didn?t want to search. I looked by myself online and they had what I needed. They shouldn?t work with customers if they?re not able to help with a search. I would give 0 stars, is not just 1, but 2 of them, very disappointing because it is a great shop for kids clothes and stuff.

I went to Next to do some shopping. I was at the men?s section on the upper floor. As I was shopping, I was using my bag, the person working there shouted at me and took the clothes to the counter, he was extremely rude with no customer service skills because he could have just asked politely and I I wouldn?t mind. I not plan in shopping there

Ordered few things online and after more than ten days when called the helpline and found out it?s helpless line. Packet lost in transit item no more available. Thanks Nirav of helpless line for putting me on hold for ages.
