Appalled by the service. The manager of the store happily let one of his staff members who was not on shift at the time charge at me and my two little girls (WHO ARE 3 & 4) for a having a scooter in the store. This was 30mins into shopping in the store. They did not warn us at the door for not being allowed a scooter and thought it was okay to come at us with an abrupt tone to not have the scooter or leave the store. My girls were only running around keeping themselves entertained like young children do. It was shocking behaviour from the team. There is a nicer way to say it especially to two innocent young children who don't know any better. What a horrid service. The manager happily stood there and let it happen and then after said it was okay how the matter was treated. After being a regular customer to New Look High wycombe I am never returning again.

Great to have a large local New Look. Plenty of staff to ask for help and a tidy store too which isn?t always the case elsewhere. Poppy helped my niece with finding shoes and ended up buying her 2! I will say that don?t moan at the staff re paper free receipts it?s a company policy and I was embarrassed to see a younger member of the public giving the man on the till a hard time! Great store idea for giving someone a gift card.

Big store which is great as there are not many New Look around UK and many have been closed, please keep it open! I love shopping there. I don't really like the fact they now they only do e-receipts which can cause issues but this is a New Look thing. My internet connection wasn't working when I made a initially purchase and then realised afterwards that my student discount was not put in by one of the staff members or perhaps a glitch. I went in the following week and one of the staff members kindly sorted this out for me. Erin showed me 5* customer service and made my shopping experience good and will definitely be coming back for that reason. Thank you Erin. :)

Wrong opening hours on google. On Sat in opens at 9.30, NOT 9.00.
Went there at 9.10 on Sat and was still closed. I was in rush and had no chance to come back later to collect my online order.

They have some really great clothes in here but I've found the sizings to be very odd.They do stock other designers ranges so that may explain it somewhat.The value for money varies greatly too.I've bought some great pumps there for £10 which have lasted and I've gone back for more.However I found the cost of some of their casual wear to be overpriced.

Beware, if you shop here you will not get a receipt (so you cannot return anything) unless you provide an e-mail address. I refused to give my e-mail address, firstly I think this goes against GDPR as they are collecting my e-mail address for what reason? Secondly this is against trading standards. By LAW I should get a receipt for my purchase and I should not have to provide an e-mail address to get my receipt. The girl behind the counter said "that's our policy". Well your Policy goes against the LAW, I will never shop at New look again and I will also be making a formal compliant to trading standards.

This saves time, reduces the scope for error, and is more convenient for you the customer. In addition to your e-mail address we also store a security ?token? that recognises your payment card so that your e-mail address is immediately available.?Very deceptive
