Been a customer for over 20 years and this is by far the worst branch I have ever been to. Staff were more interested in watching the time on their watches than serving customers. The staff in Thame are much more welcoming and actually more efficient too!

3 times this Bank has not acknowledge my letters Been with them 58 years and they seem no longer interested in their customers. Had to resort to contacting their chief executive to get a mistake sorted out. In this case been on the phone for 1 hour says they are experiencing a high volume of calls not surprised
