I ordered my breakfast from the High Wycombe store this morning - Saturday 29/3/2025 as I fancied something different from McDonalds. It was late being delivered. It wasn't the best sausage and egg bagel I have tasted as it had cheese in it which I didn't ask for. I also ordered a plain croissant which came with cheese and tomato in it. Tried to call the store multiple times but no answer. How disappointing. First time of using Muffin Break and quite possibly the last and I certainly won't be recommending it. Poor customer service and really doesn't give the brand a good name

The sandwiches are not fresh made , I ordered croissants ? for £3 which was not fresh at all and when I asked them for fresh one they reheated it and brought it back.overall they charged me £17 for 1 coffee, French toast and a small croissant

I was with my kids today and asked for hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows was charged for it(wasn't given the receipt) and when they came at the table the hot chocolate came without marshmallow and lady told me they run out, after 2 minutes the kids from the table next to us received their hot chocolate with marshmallows which feels awkward, I went and asked and while I was talking with the person who served us another blonde lady who is always angry stepped in and said we are not due to any refund for the marshmallows and told her its not fair that the person who order after us received. I like the cakes looks good, the management should train their workers to behave nicely with customers and also they should clean tables more often.

Went here for first time today for sandwich and coffee. Asked for cheese and tomato baguette. It was served heated which i had not requested. When i challenged this, staff behind the counter said can?t have it un heated . When I asked why not, I was told they are meant to be heated. No sign on counter saying they were sold as heated toasties.After sitting at table I told assistant he could take baguette away . Sarcastic female manageress then came over and implied there was something the matter with me for wanting the baguette cold. She said she was ?sorry?in a sarcastic and insincere manner. When i said ? you look sorry ?, she said I would offer you a refund but assume you won?t want it?. Very poor handling of a customer simply trying out the shop for first time and spending money in their shop Will not be returning. Suggest female manageress goes on a course to learn how to handle customers properly. I see in the reviews someone else has spotted her unfortunate manner of handling customers.

Food ok, coffee ok. Service ranged from good (one helpful member of staff) to absolutely appalling. I guess some people just shouldn't be dealing with the public. Very rude and aggressive waitress... if working there makes you so unhappy, maybe it's time to look for a new job. You let your employers down...

First time eating there?
We?ve been today for brunch, my partner had the Full English breakfast- the food was cold, toast hard as a rock and cold, tomatoes and mushroom not cooked properly, the sausage over cooked, beans cold ?bacon and eggs were good though.
My French Toast was a bit burnt? coffee was good.
The staff looked bored and not happy to be there, maybe tired after Christmas, I haven?t seen a smile on anyone?s face, no Hi when we come in and not even a thank you and goodbye when we left! It wasn?t a really good experience for us unfortunately!

My other half was feeding our baby some food from another store whilst I was ordering 2 coffee's and food for ourselves.
The food instore was not suitable for our young daughter.
We were told that we couldn't sit and feed her food from elsewhere whilst sat on the premises, even though we weren't eating and I was buying food for myself and my other half.
If you have young children, they have to eat what's served in store. So cakes, sandwiches or maybe a coffee. Nice one

Visited for the first time a few weeks back, and the food was great. They even had a Yorkshire Pudding wrap which was lovely. Would return!
