Absolutely disgraceful customer service at Morrisons High Wycombe today. My disabled mother was made to wait over 10 minutes to be served, only for the checkout queue to be abruptly closed just as she reached the front ? with no warning or apology. When we raised the issue, the supervisor defended the action by saying the staff member ?hadn?t had a break all day,? as if that was somehow my mother?s fault. Completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful. There was zero care or compassion shown. Morrisons should be ashamed of how vulnerable customers are treated in this store. We won?t be returning.

I love shopping at Morrisons. Specially my halal ready meals from Royals for my work is the great choice. The fruit & veg quality is questionable though as the chilled bag of salad usually goes off before the expiry date despite leaving in the fridge after purchase.
Morrisons have a good bakery range including freshly baked breads, baguettes, pastries and rolls.
The sandwich section is grate as well but my favourite is the deli salad counter.

Morrison's used to be our main and favourite place for the main grocery shop. But things have seriously gone downhill over the last year. A big attraction for us was that it was the last main supermarket with a butcher counter. But that has got so unreliable over the last year, with some weeks without steak on a Friday or beef joints or lamb legs over the weekend. And often all the meat on the counter has been cut the same as that on the shelf, so what's the point. Veg is hit and miss. Some promotions aren't visible until after you've gone through the checkout. Staff (who are probably getting demotivated by irritated customers) are often unhelpful. To be clear, I am talking specifically about the High Wycombe branch, as things are often better elsewhere. And I would want to brand all staff as unhelpful as many are lovely. But things are getting so bad that we generally avoid the place now unless we had to be there anyway for the parking.

Great selection of products and prices are usually very good. The salad bar is a must buy and I don't know why other supermarkets are doing this! The pizza is a bit sub par, but the bakery more than makes up for it!

Self checkouts are appallingly filthy and need a good clean.

Never been a fan. Limited food choice

Used the cash point facility only and although it was fairly early in the morning, was approached by a female begger and saw her companion male begger working the car park as well.
These beggers are not being delt with by store security or local police as these beggers have been 'working' this car park fleecing shoppers for YEARS .
Unfortunately what is usually a good shopping experience is let down by the persistent begging in the carpark, at least the begger outside ALDI is peacefully quiet.

Unhygienic.
Shopped 27th may at 17:30. Shop was a mess, cardboard on the floor lots of things I wanted empty. Couldn?t buy any fruit and veg as it just wasn?t there. Freezer section was horrific definitely something right with the freezer ice build up and then other parts drippping water. Chips all in the wells. So unhygienic I left my shopping as I didn?t feel comfortable shopping from here. Won?t be back, other retailers much better.

I have shopped online on this store multiple times (either direct or through Amazon). Every single shop I have had to have something refunded, either because the packaging was poor (fish not sealed properly, for instance, stinking the whole bag - impossible not to have noticed if you are a packer), or because the product was previously opened (last time this happened was today either Arlo milk - shop came 2 days ago, I just opened the milk today ????). I am not sure HOW Morrisons appears to have lax security that would permit folks to open things and put them back, honestly. Or HOW the folks that check the aisles for temp, quality control, etc, don?t see them? Serious concern on food control and security and terrible food waste too
