Unhelpful and rude staff. Do not know what customer service is anymore. We went from Metro after getting awful service to Nationwide bank instead which gave a excellent service.

**Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service**
I?ve visited Metro Bank High Wycombe **three times** now, and every single time they ask for something different! Each visit has been a waste of my time, as they seem completely unorganized and inconsistent with their requirements. I bring exactly what they ask for, only to be told I need something else on my next visit. How is this even acceptable? Their lack of clear communication and professionalism is astonishing. For a bank that prides itself on customer service, they have utterly failed. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this branch?completely disgraceful service!

Today, Mr. Paul at Metro Bank High Wycombe assisted us in opening a joint account. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made the process smooth and pleasant. There was no rush or waiting, ensuring a great customer experience. Highly recommend this branch for efficient and courteous service.

Aarti is extremely rude, she is rush rush rush. She has no manners seems like we were wasting her time and she didn?t want to be there. Metro used to be an excellent bank, now has definitely gone down hill. Please ask your staff to be friendlier

From March this branch will only open Monday to Friday. Only reason decided to bank with them was the fact I could visit the bank in person. You just get told to go to the Aylesbury branch

Tried opening an account on 3 separate occasions, no one is ever available, despite 3 or 4 members of staff sitting at desk looking bored, no queues and the staff you speak to are not very friendly. The branch needs to get some customer training asap. You feel like you are bothering them by asking a question. I then walked into Nationwide and the experience was like chalk and cheese. Friendly courteous staff who greet you on arrival.

Really impressed and happy on what they have done to open the bank account for my business. They arranged for a meeting with in an hour, even though they were busy.The service was polite, and clear on what will happen.This is definitely great service and from the person who took the call, to the person who opened the account.

The customer service is so poor in that store. I have now gone there 3 times to upgrade to a new account and I've been turned away everytime because they're understaffed and theres only one person that can open the account. So useless! I understand there are issues with the amount of staff, but to make it better there needs to be a better system in place. If i need to get something done quickly because my finances are changing and I work a 9-5, how am I meant to get anything sorted if I get turned away in the morning before work and straight after. Because "they're so busy after 5" - no you're understaffed! And You don't know how to deal with it as a business. I don't understand. It feels like a chore to go there at this point.
