Had a takeaway today at 19.00, when I went to eat my cheeseburger it was cold, dried up and unappertising. I do not know how long this had sat around before being served to me, but they must have known. It was just more trouble than it was worth to go back to complain

Went in today 2.45 ordered a double cheeseburger and amended no cheese.order came there was cheese on the burger took it back lady was more concerned with laughing with a colleague. Finally got replacement no apology.
The lady sat behind us a member of staff also had the wrong order brought to her table.if this hadn't been noticed there could have been serious allergic reactions
