I feel really sorry for the staff in this fabulous asset to the community as it is becoming increasingly hard for their customers to access the shop. I go there daily but often have to park far away and walk in as the carpark is full, only to enter the shop and find it empty of customers. The carpark is clearly being used by local residents as it appears to be the same cars everyday. I witness daily cars pulling in to park, finding no spaces and then turning around and leaving. These customers are unlikely to return if they are continually unable to park.
This is by far the best post office in the area - the staff are polite and knowledgeable (especially Debbie) and great for grabbing some bits and bobs or lunch before work.
Morrisons - you need to take some responsibility and help out this local shop before it becomes untenable to keep it open!

We use this store daily for our lunchtime sandwiches, drinks etc. The staff are always lovely, friendly and helpful, especially Debbie who is extremely efficient whether she's on the Post Office counter or the general store counter 5****

Sheryar and Debbie always go above and beyond in your shop. Always very polite and welcoming to the customer. They are always going out there way for customers. They are an asset to your team! Don?t rate the other staff at all. If it wasn?t for these 2 members of staff I would have boycotted your shop because of your other staff. So thank you for all your continued help Sheryar and Debbie

Shopping great but car park is full all the time with non customers stationary cars from neighbouring area . I?ve seen 6 cars drive off so that?s 6customers you?ve lost in a space of 5 minutes. Something has to be done as the shop can?t be accessed if you can?t park

Genuinely just not a good store. Prices shown in the aisles will consistently be different at the till. You can tell absolutely no care whatsoever goes in to running the place.
It used to be pretty good back when it was mccolls but it?s embarrassingly bad now.
Decided to fully avoid the place after a parcel went missing for the third time from the post office.
Oh btw, if a Deliveroo rider turns up, you will be straight up ignored at the till until whatever handoff they need is done. So if you want to skip the queue, no matter how long the people who are already there have been queuing and just walk ahead of everyone, walk in with a motorbike helmet on, with a phone call on loudspeaker.
Morrisons is slowly going under and is clearly being asset-stripped anyway, so when that happens, I look forward to seeing what replacement arrives. Then again, being how Buckinghamshire is, it may well just become a block of flats or HMO.

they advertise as a parcel pick up and drop off service but unless your parcel is very small dont bother I ordered some bits from sports direct and they sent the box back as it was too large for their holding area (which by the way is the windowsill) as a result of which I have spent most of my day trying to contact the couriour and the supplier to find out what is going on and have had to reorder the products
the staff are rude and useless why say you are a parcel pick up and drop off if you cant handle a couple of shoe boxes

I?ve sent a review in over a year ago about the exact same thing? and a whole year later the same problem is still occurring. I am a resident on Station road, Loudwater- and I am sick to death of being kept awake at night by your over sensitive alarm. It goes off way too regularly and it?s driving me insane. Keeps me and my daughter awake regularly. Tonight it has been going off non stop for 2 and a half hours!!!! It?s so loud it keeps the whole street awake. I?ve complained in shop, emailed and have written letters, and the problem still hasn?t been resolved. I have made an official police complaint tonight as I?ve been kept awake so far since 10.30pm it?s now almost 1am! SORT IT OUT!!!
