It has clothing for men and women of all ages including new born and up for boys and girls. Home decoration with sheets, duvets, ornaments, pillows - everything you would need. Changing rooms available - self check out available along with customer service at the same desk. Just make sure they take the tag off your item before leaving the shop and going on holiday!

it's not the best customer service. This is my first time in High Wycombe Matalan, and when I walked in, I couldn't find something that I needed. Plus, most of the staff didn't have a uniform to show that they work here. It made me think that there aren't many staff available. Staff should definitely have a uniform to represent the store. So customers know who to approach when they are indeed of help. Other then that its good.
