Good customer service

On three occasion lately I have been into h/w food store, and not a shopping trolley in the store.
I am visually impaired, walk with a stick, have to carry a basket, no way I could reach any products. One staff member told me it was because they get stolen. This is no help to any disable or aged customer. Very disappointed

Always check the dates of items you take out the chillers. Been burned with a few out of date items now

There was hardly anything available. The fridge was shut the scales for the fruit were not working. Just horrendous

A great marks and Spencer?s which has everything you need.Has a lot of stock.Also store was immaculately clean too.

Saturday night I was planning a special dinner for my wife. But unfortunately something went wrong. The truffle cheese I bought in M\\u0026S was rotten and covered in mold. Instead of the dinner with my wife I had to go to the M\\u0026S again to return the rotten cheese. I asked the manager if I can expect any apologies or compensation. The manager answered rather rudely that the company policy does not provide for these things. I want to ask the management of M\\u0026S whether the company's policy includes such things like the sale of rotten products or the rudeness to consumers?

Staff always helpful BUT the store is VERY cold

Just had the most pleasurable food shopping experience ever. I had ordered party food and also need to buy some extras. I interacted with 5 different members of staff and all were extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I don?t normally write reviews, but felt compelled to do so.
