The staff in this store are really friendly and a good selection is on offer. However the store is very cold with no heating. Unacceptable for a customer, impossible to try on clothes as to cold and outrageous working conditions for staff. Staff are wearing coats and gloves and actually shivering. I am sure this breaks the health and safety rules at work.staff tell me heating has not worked for 4 years.

Rude staff, dirty cutlery, hot food served cold after a long wait. I don't feel like wasting any more time than just adding these two sentences to describe the bad experience my friend and I had here.

What has happened to M&S cafe in High Wycombe.Tables not cleared..untidy staff..a general look of not kept clean enough.We ordered Toasties and tea.Tea given at the till..then the long wait for the toasties,which was 25 minutes. Credit to the young man heating toasties etc,who worked pretty fast.He puts them down for staff .to deliver to tables,but ,oh dear they just sit there.I went to collect ours ,or we would have waited longer.Of course by then we had finished the tea! How sad to see how downhill this cafe has gone.I think today was the last time I will visit.

Visited the cafeteria this morning for breakfast whilst waiting for the car to be fitted with new tyres.Very disappointing! I ordered the poached eggs on toasted sourdough, which came promptly but was barely warm. The sourdough, whilst nice, probably had yeast in it because the crumb was even and it toasted well-real sourdough does not.MOH had a smoked bacon ciabatta roll, which again was tepid. The 'magic' coffee came in a small glass and again was not hot, nor was it worth the cost! I was also charged 50p for a small pot of marmalade! All in all a rather disappointing way to spend an hour! Won't be going back!

Went to the restaurant today with my 2 children and my dad. We ordered some 3 toasties and some tea which we were given a number for. I was not told that we had to wait for the teas so sat waiting at our table while they sat on the counter going cold.We ended up having to chase our toasties after 15-20mins of waiting. They eventually came to our table after around 30mins after ordering them! The restaurant was only half full, so not really busy. We also saw at least 3 other people going to the counter asking how much longer their food would be. The food wasn't even worth the wait. I would not recommend and will not visit again.

My wife ordered a Cashmere jumper on 24/12/2022 at High Wycombe M&S for me, which was my 21st wedding anniversary present. Using £35 gift vouchers and £64, a total of £99.00 as the jumper was not available in store, she was told to collect it on 30/12/2022.Wife called up customer service to check on 30/12/22 to make sure the jumper is in store and she can collect. She was informed that the transaction in store never went through although it went through the till and payment of £64 went through our credit card. She was not happy at all and wanted a refund, where she was advised to go to the High Wycombe store and speak to the manager for a full refund.She visited the store and spoke to Daniel in the menswear section. He was very nice and cooperative and understood the whole situation and offered a jumper from the shop floor. As a courtesy, he informed my wife that if the original refund appears on our debit card please come into the store and pay. Which was very nice of him. Thank you Dan! I tried the jumper the next day, 31/12/22 and it was too small, as it was large in size.I returned to the store on 3/1/2023 and saw lmmie in the menswear section and explained the above situation. She tried to scan the original receipt for the exchange but it did not scan, so l explained her the situation and she called Helen for help and advice. At this point, I explained the situation and Helen informed me that l would get a refund by 10/01/2023 due to Christmas holidays and new year. Please note here that the original order was cancelled but Helen wasn?t listening and was so keen and positive that I will get a refund by 10/1/2023. Oh and she took the jumper back from me and gave me a note that she kept it. See attached hand note, so at this point no jumper and £99 down.Next day, on 3/1/23 l called up customer support in South Africa and spent 2 hours on the phone going from one department to the other only to be told that the original order never went through the system and I needed to go back to the store (See attached chat). l called up Helen and she informed me that refund is in progress that is why there system is showing cancelled and £0.00 and l should wait till 10/1/23. Strangely, South African customer support is not able to speak to the store directly as they are not able to dial out. Now I told Helen repeatedly that I would not get a refund as there was nothing to refund and she needed to sort this out, but oh no she would not listen and kept saying wait till 10/1/23.I must say M&S needs to improve communication, train managers in real life situations and not just text books and to listen to the customers (The most important person who buys from your organisation). Customer support needs education so they can spell the customer's name and take on more authority. Helen definitely needed to understand ?the customer is always right!!!?.OK, so l called up the store on 6/1/23 for an update and Daniel passed me over to Komal, another manager. After listening to everything, she wanted nothing to do with it and told me Helen would be back on Monday (9/1/23) and she would speak to her. Now l had refunds from other companies and it doesn?t take that long.Now at the time of writing this review, 7/1/23 l know that l will not get a refund and will be going in store to get a refund on 10/1/23. I have a feeling this is where l will be involving Emma the store manager.So if someone in, M&S Marketing department is reading this, then pass it on to your senior executives to sort out your Customer Support and train your managers.

Numerous times we have visited the restaurant at different times of the day and hardly anything that is advertised on the menu is available!!! Why advertise it then. The other day I asked for 5 different things that were advertised?. None of which were available!!! Avocado,toasties,chips? eggs,fish finger sandwich ( Avocado never available) We used to love coming here for brunch/ lunch but we ended up walking out as this has happened so many times now as did other people ahead of us! Each time we come in,long queue and tables full of trays that need clearing,,plus floor littered with napkins ect!! I rarely write reviews unless good ones but this really does need to be addressed.

My mother and I rushed into M&S in Eden High Wycombe as a last minute resort for an outfit at the weekend. Francesca was so helpful! It was 30 minutes to closing and she still gave us amazing customer service. She deserves to be praised, you dont get service like this these days!

Very sorry, but the Cafe at M&S High Wycombe is a shambles. I go in there twice a day for a coffee to takeaway, there is always a very long queue, not enough staff to serve their customers. Some of the staff just stand around behind the food section and just watch. No offer of help from these members of staff. Get your act together M&S and give better customer service
