I quite regularly look around this shop during my intervention with a young child that is out of education. This child is sensory seeking and loves going into this Lush on our walks around Eden. The staff are always fantastic, so friendly and happy to see him. It has got to the point where this previouslynquite shy child is now confident enough to interact with the staff. This is reflective of the approachable and relaxed nature of the lovely people that work here.
In my line for work, shops where the staff are understanding of additional needs and accommodating to customers like us - who are generally just browsing - is a life saver. Knowing that we can go in on our usual route, see familiar faces and have a chat is so nurturing for this little boy's confidence and self esteem.
A staff member has even been kind enough on a couple of occasions to demonstrate a bath bomb. This really has been special and much appreciated.
I couldn't recommend this store enough on a trip to Eden ??

Booked a Lush birthday party for my 10 year old daughter. It was great fun and all the girls had an amazing time. Steph and the team were super organised and the range of activities was perfect. Came away happy and felt it was good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely helpful staff and they always find me something amazing?. the dream cream is actually the best body moisturiser I have ever used and I have tried most things. Also purchased a new shower gel which is 10/10

I had such a pleasant experience in the high wycombe store today! I went in and they knew i wanted something cheap and cheerful but still gave me their 100% effort.

I had a very good experience this afternoon at Lush. Lauren was very kind and helpful. Even if the shop didn't have an oil for the beard (apparently Lush doesn't produce a specific one for men) , she suggested to try a facial and beard wash for man that should leave the beard hydrated. She didn't let me go home with empty hands! Lush is one of my favourite brand, but also competent and kind employees make the difference.

What can I say!!!!Lush Wycombe- Eden shopping centre. My little girl, whose autistic had her 10th ?double digits? bday party last Sunday at lush- Lauren F, who ran the party was just fabulous!!! All the staff were. So kind, inclusive, understanding when sensory wise my little girl needed a break. The whole experience was just lovely- I can?t recommend a lush party enough!!!Thank you Lauren and the team, you made my littleGirl so happy.

Went in on Friday and had such a great experience one of the colleagues , I can't remember her name she had brunette hair but she was incredible she gave me the best advice for my hair and was so informative. Such a fun and bubbly person and made us feel so welcome. Definitely will be coming back here!
