Went today as I had my ears pierced from here in 2021, was served by Charlie today and she was super knowledgable and helpful , she re pierced my helix and lobes and was so gentle!

Went twice to shop but both times the shop was closed, I checked online both times and they appeared open but they were actually closed! It was very annoying

I visited today to get my 4 year old daughters ear pierced, the lady somehow managed to get the piercing gun jammed whilst it was in my daughters ear! It took her about 10 minutes to unjam the gun whilst my daughter was screaming in pain, now my daughter has only one hole in her ear, when I came home and went to inspect her ear I realised the piercing hole was not even straight and the hole had come through to the bottom of her ear, COMPLETELY diagonal???? I?m so upset for my daughter who had to go through this pain and will make an official complaint and will look into going through the official channels to sue the incompetence of the staff and the trauma my daughter has been put through
EDIT: in response to the owner, I already contacted Lovisa the same day this happened which is over 2 weeks ago now and still no response?? Expected better from them

It?s an okay store but my jewellery rusted within a week. It turned gold to brown and I hadn?t even wore the jewellery yet.
