Horrible customer service, there were three hosts just sitting on the desk. They saw us standing next to the door looking for help, one host walked past us and didn't respond even when I smiled. There were 2 others just chilling sat at the table, and looked at us and ignored.
Felt horrible with their service. And this is not just once, but twice. The hosts are chatting to themselves and are just seated, not welcoming. This happened to me in just this branch of lloyds. So maybe the manager needs to review the team and their performance for better service. I have been a platinum member for lloyds for a year, but this service here was horrible and made me think if I even want to do my business in this bank. Horrible service. Please fixx!

Wouldnt even give 1 star for this company. Allowed a fraudster to take money out of my account and they said there?s nothing they can do as the fraudster has my name so it must of been me making this large payment. Disgraceful.

My dealing with Lloyd's Bank have always been excellent, however when trying to transfer or set up an ISA it cannot be done in the branch face to face. As much as I trust the security of the app. Which I use regularly, with large amounts of money being moved from my account I would much more feel secure in the bank with an advisor. It seems more and more services are going remote. When with the rise in scamming is so alarming, I would hope Lloyd's would cater for its unsure and scam conscious clients.

Despite it's current ongoing difficulties and staff shortage, they are really trying their hardest to provide the best service possible, and they are always very kind and helpful to me. Through all the hardships you guys face, you pull through amazingly each day.

Appalling service. I am a Lloyds customer with 3 accounts and I approached the branch today to get information and advice about Lloyds investments products and the answer I got from the lady at the counter is to go an check online as the info is there. Well, I have not other option than take my money somewhere else.

Very long que to be served. With only 2 staff members behind the desk, what annoyed me was that there were two other staff members on who were walking around with ipads, seeing if they could help anyone. Well, yes, they could by getting behind the counter and getting the que down.However, having said that, it is good to see a branch still open.The problem with most banks today is that they want our money, but they don't want us.

Love this bank. The features are pretty good, service is always good. The staff in this branch are really friendly, I even met the area manager once who just came up to everyone for a chat which was really personable.Only complaint is they could do with more staff! One who is always friendly is/was Jack (haven't seen him in a while).

We recently signed up for a new bank account with Lloyds for a small start-up law firm. I was recommended by a friend who banks with them for a similar business.I put a request through the main Lloyds website and within a day or so I had been contacted by our business manager Neil Carr - i.e. a real person located just down the road from me, rather than the web of call centres and automated live chats we are all so used to.The process for signing up for an account was swift, easy and remote - our ID was verified electronically.The whole team (a shout out to Sonia on the Commercial Team and Anne on the Client Account Team) have done a great job of getting us set up.I look forward to banking with you for many years to come.Thank you!

The worth out of date bank ever. Frozen my account for bank transfer to a new payee. Then I went online, website and the mobile banking says to call them. Been on queue for just a minute shy of two hours, only for the operator to hang up as soon as he answered the call. Such a big bank and this kind of service? Its Friday, the branch is not open till Monday and I can?t use my money. Time to switch!
