Horrible customer service, there were three hosts just sitting on the desk. They saw us standing next to the door looking for help, one host walked past us and didn't respond even when I smiled. There were 2 others just chilling sat at the table, and looked at us and ignored.
Wouldnt even give 1 star for this company. Allowed a fraudster to take money out of my account and they said there’s nothing they can do as the fraudster has my name so it must of been me making this large payment. Disgraceful.

My dealing with Lloyd's Bank have always been excellent, however when trying to transfer or set up an ISA it cannot be done in the branch face to face.
