Having been surprised by the recent bad reviews I thought I out to write something good. They have always been very cheerful, helpful and professional when I have been there. I can understand the need for a lunchbreak and they are open on Saturday mornings. Just rang up for a flu/Covid vaccination and told come now. Great pharmacy!

Went in to get some eye drops for some particularly dry eyes and luckily still noticed the cashier go into the back room and when I asked for directions to the required product. The lady leans out and says she?ll be with me in one second and continues chatting for a quick 10 seconds. Kinda respect the balls of it all but still.

The most miserable pharmacy I know , never greeted with a smile and they seem like your an inconvenience to them coming in to pick up your medication. The woman pharmacist also is on some kind of power trip that she feels the need to speak to you like your below her.

Closes for lunch 1-2pm?!? Really inconvenient and I won?t be using them again for this reason. Could they not stagger staff lunch breaks? It?s not hard to see why small businesses are struggling with anti-customer practices like these.Response to reply: It is your prerogative to decide how to run your business and I hope the community continue to support your choices in this difficult financial climate.
