Just wanted to share my experience of all the staff in quick fit plus in high wycombe, today despite being extremely busy and being short staff they did everything they could to keep customers happy and informed what an asset to the company all the staff especially Johnny who seemed to be doing the job of about 3 people unbelievable very happy with the service ?

Husband just took car for MOT which has been paid for upfront . Advised Agency mechanic would not work on vehicle as it had leaves in the footwell. Absolutely disgusting!! Never again! Refund requested!

Fitted my car with the wrong sized tyre which wasn?t picked up until it failed the MOT some months later. Thankfully they admitted their fault and changed the tyre but did not show any concern that I had been driving my family around in a car that would not pass an MOT and therefore I see as not road worthy. Not a garage you should trust to carry out a proper job nor the customer service expected.

Drove in yesterday just before 6 pm. I didn't realise that it was their closing time. I asked if they could check my tyres pressure check. They were very welcoming and did it in no time. They didn't even mention they needed to close.

Whilst pulling off the carpark at Beaconsfield services we noticed we had suddenly lost tyre pressure. After the initial panic and using the tyre inflation kit a man pulled up next to us to use the services and proceeded to help and plug the puncture.
I then rang Kwik fit and explained my dilemma that I had a flight to catch and needed to be at check-in within the hour.
We arrived and the service we were given was excellent, very quick turnaround, we're so grateful to the staff for prioritising us . Within 30mins we were sorted and now back on the M40 hoping we will make our flight.
Big thanks to our guardian angel from the service station and the staff at Kwik fit.

The staff were polite and the service itself seemed fine, but a few things made me hesitant. I was quoted £69 for a wheel alignment ? a 20-minute job, which would equate to £207 per hour. That felt quite excessive, so I chose not to go ahead.
I?ve also noticed that each time I visit, the staff seem to be completely different. It gives the impression of high turnover, which might suggest low wages or difficult working conditions.
Lastly, I started receiving marketing emails shortly after my visit, even though I don?t recall signing up for them. A bit more attention to privacy would be appreciated.
All in all, not a terrible experience, but these things did leave me unsure about returning.
