Booked in to change all four tyres online, accidentally chose the wrong Kwik fit on London road, but I am grateful I did. Asad, Jonny and Simon were all professional and experienced. Asad was the mechanic tasked with my car but both Simon and Asad worked on changing my tyres while Simon awaited other appointments meaning my car was ready quicker. Jonny was polite and made conversation. Would gladly come back to this Kwik fit. Thanks again guys!

Had my tyres changed today and want to say thanks to the whole team at Kwik Fit, especially Johnny. I don?t think anyone has ever called me ?madam? before! ? He was super professional, genuinely helpful, and I?ve never had service at this level before. If the owner is reading this, he deserves a pay rise! He really made my day.?

The staff were very friendly and accommodating at this branch despite the fact that I was going for a battery check - free of charge. Asad, who checked my car, made me feel welcome and was very informative. His advice was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend ?

Young guy seems to be running the place, everyone is so grumpy. Engineer didn?t want to do my wheel alignment and they were all talking about it like I wasn?t sat right there? I ended up having to say forget it. U get what u pay for I guess

Missed Appointment ? Vehicle Not Attended To
I booked my vehicle in for an 11:15 appointment on 2nd August. I left the vehicle with your team and returned at 12:45 to collect it, only to be told that no work had been carried out.
This was disappointing given the scheduled booking time and the expectation that the vehicle would be attended to within that window.

All fairly painless (apart from the cost) and I didn?t have to wait as long as I have on some occasions but one always wonders what one?s really paying for with the extra £100 for wheel alignment which always seems to be necessary and I think perhaps the tyre change could have taken may 20-30 minutes less due to some slight inefficiency.

A fantastic effort by Danny and his team who pulled out all the stops to get me back on the road.
I needed an immediate replacement tyre to travel home that day (about a 3hr drive)
It was plain to see that the centre was very busy when I arrived at approximately 15:00 so I was not surprised to hear that my car may not be dealt with for another 3 hours. I therefore anticipated not leaving the centre much before 7pm.
I left the car there and walked down the road to get a coffee and inform home, I got back to the centre at about 16:30 to find my car was on the ramp and almost done.
I left the centre at 17:00, enabling me to arrive home much earlier than expected and help with preparations for our long weekend trip the following day.

I would just like to give a big shout out to the guys at Kwik Fit High Wycombe. I arrived unexpected with a screw in the tyre of my Volvo XC40. I was met by Lucien who was immediately helpful and said that they were very busy but he could fit me in at 3pm. Being only an hour away I decided to just wait outside. As it was, 3pm came and they were running a little late but Lucien apologised (which he didnt need to do) and I just waited the extra 15 mins. They got my car on and tried to fix the screw puncture but to no avail, it needed a new tyre which was what I already expected. They had one in stock and fitted it in no time at all. SUPER IMPRESSED! It's also worth saying that whist I was there Lucian took a call from a very angry woman regarding her car. As I was sat behind I could hear the whole conversation and I could honestly say id have hung up on her. She was rude, patronising and arrogant. Lucien kept completely calm and was so polite explaining what he could and couldn't do for her but nothing seemed good enough. This man was a stand out employee of yours in my opinion. I always go to Kwik Fit and have always had excellent service.

Excellent service from a very busy, friendly Kwick fit centre. Great deal on tyres and they make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend them!
