The bathrooms are disgusting and look like the walls and tiles need a deep clean. The dining area floor and tables are all dirty too - which takes away from the experience

Came on 30th on a Monday around 20:20pm store was empty literally empty but still took 15min just to take make one meal when I did get the food it was cold and soggy very disappointed

The problem here is consistency, for my last meal was alright however I have been on the end of some wrong/missing items. Not this last time though and everything was a hit.

Why would you even add a freaking number if you can't pick your phone up, madd an order for £50 and wanted at least to make sure they can send some dips and drumsticks instead of portions (or at least 50/50) and well it seem they are too busy. Every time I have the same issue ??? never gona order from them again. Also tried to contact the one in high wycombe centre but no response ???
