Dirty, slippery floor and toilets closed. When we asked why the toilets were closed we were told it was because of drug use. Avoid at all cost!

Where do I even start? This has got to be the worst kfc I've ever set foot in... Oily overcooked chicken, dirty greasy floors posing a danger of slipping, dirty smelly toilets with wet floor, staff are demotivated and unbothered. Shockingly bad & nauseating even to think about it hours later.

One of the very few places I always feel relaxed and comfortable to visit and have a fast meal with family. The staff are excellent and helpful. The location is very central and great, right in the heart of town. I love it. Keep up the excellent service.

I had a very bad experience here. The staff here are highly unprofessional especially Ash the manager.
I was waiting for my order and she was serving customer and riders who came after me.
When I asked her to pack my order, she threatened and misbehaved with me and declined to give me the order.
KFC should take some serious action against her.

"A perfect example of mismanagement" "COSTAA NAME OF THE MANAGER"Been there Saturday lunchtime it was busy. Only 2 people on the front both packing the takeaway and taking order for customers. It's took almost 35 minutes to take 4 people order ahead of me as he have to pack the food as well. "SALMAN" who took my order couldn't fault him as he was polite and telling me all the offers or add on. I have waited another 10 minutes for the food. By this time another person was having a argument with themby this time i was informed it will another 6 minutes to cook the chicken so I guessed it will be 10 minutes to served it to me. So I have no other option to cancel the order as I have finished my lunch break just to get a meal. And the manager turned up and cancelled my order no apology and gave me a attitude that I am wasting her time.
