Great store with plenty of parking. Huge place with lots of helpful staff. Could do with a few more staff on the tills at busy times, but otherwise, a great place to browse around.

I bought a pair of headphones from John Lewis in high Wycombe, I must say the service I got from Rosie in the electrical department was awesome ???.I must say Rosie is an asset to John Louis. She has an amazing attitude and was cool calm and extremely helpful, she had wonderful knowledge about the products And any questions I threw at her where she was not sure she would immediately check and would explain it to me In the way I would understand.I quiz her on other products like the Sonos Roam which again she was wonderful. She done her very best to give me a fulfilling contentment that I was important to her and John Lewis. Also would like to compliment her parents on raising a wonderful young lady. ?????

You are joking, right?Went to do a bit of shopping at the John Lewis branch at High Wycombe. After spending a small fortune on shopping, thought I?d get a cup of tea and a cake from their restaurant. Can?t say I was at all impressed on either the cake or the cost. Not sure where John Lewis feels it can exploit a customer with a slice of cake barely thicker than my finger for £4.25Lesson learnt, and I won?t make the same mistake of visiting the restaurant again.

John Lewis is probably my favorite shop. I usually find something for myself & my home in most of the departments. Since moving from London to High Wycombe, John Lewis has become my least favorite place to shop.I am followed around the store all the time in both busy and quiet periods. I will find 2-3 members of staff loitering at the end of an aisle or area where I am browsing and they follow me to each area.Today was the final straw when I decided to end the day with a nice browse around the shop. This quickly turned into a sad and miserable browse as I noticed I was being followed yet again.I waited in line like other customers at various counters (Mulberry) to be served and was over-looked and then treated with bored, disdain as I made enquires. You've done me favor as I'll be saving money in 2024 by no-longer shopping at John Lewis.I'd rather go without than walkaway feeling miserable from the horrid store experience.I would like to know if the High Wycombe branch specifically train staff to treat fat, black women like common shoplifters, I do not believe my 'type" are the clientle this particular branch are intrested in. Point very much taken.

After sharing a grievance with Donna, in Customer Services, you do not expect her to walk briskly through the Department after you shouting "why don't you just leave" and making accusations of abuse. She needs more training to curb her bad manners and quick temper.

Lovely store, only downside is the cafe. Staff gave us an ice cold ?hot? drink/inedible fish but other than the cafe I?ve had nothing but a pleasant experience. The front of store staff are always so lovely no matter what you need help with. I had an accident a few days ago with my laces being caught in the elevator, staff acted very fast, especially those that work for Jo malone. I was embarrassed but they were able to solve the issue swiftly and with Grace. A couple of staff came running with scissors and others tried to pull them out. I?m very grateful to the staff for helping me out & would recommend this place to people of all ages, young & elderly.

THE PLACE Restaurant - High Wycombe. What a nightmare... queue to enter... queue in area for soup & sandwich. queue for Hot food. queue for Cake & Coffee. All these separate areas Do Not make it efficient, the assistants are terribly slow in dealing with everyone., I ordered the soup, but then refused it as it would have been cold by the time I eventually got to a table, I was still queuing for a sandwich, thats before I even thought about a hot drink. It was a busy time leading up to Black Friday & Christmas but have been here before on several occasions and the service is much the same., You have very pleasant staff working behind these counters but they are inexperienced and need direction., Nobody took any notice of peoples frustration at the poor service. This needs to be redesigned, all these different queues for items!!Definitely not "The Place" for Lunch or afternoon tea unless you are prepared to queue for 25 - 30 mins in each queue.

I recently needed to purchase a new TV. The info on the TV's now confuse me and I did not know what I needed, as a pensioner I was overwhelmed.A nice young man came to my rescue and explained all to me, which made alot of sense to me, he talked me through it and thanks to him I purchased a new TV. His name is Brandon and he deserves praise indeed. He then took me to the cash desk and talked me through that procedure. Thank you for being patient with me Brandon, you are an asset to the company.

Afternoon tea here repeatedly grim over several years! Cakes over sugared and tasteless, often stale. The scones on this visit were like rock cakes (and this has happened before). We chose them because the cakes are so disappointing.

Nice department store, selling clothes, electronics, home furnishings and cosmetics, etc. This store also has a currency exchange service and a café. The store is spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful . There is a large parking area on premises, but the spaces are quite narrow.

A nice store but don't try to buy curtain material. They are obviously set up for ready made curtains and have no material in stock. When we went in to order they persuaded us to buy more length than we needed and when it arrived it was in two pieces. No way to discuss this without driving to High Wycombe, no wonder they have problems.
