High Wycombe store. The store is huge, so if you're going in to find specific items, I wouldn't bother. The item I was looking for wasn't available for click and collect. They seemed understaffed with questions as to where to find items initially helpfully replied to as to identify that I'm in the wrong area, and to try another area. Upon searching within said area, and with still no luck as to finding the item, I couldn't find anyone to ask in the area, so asked staff from adjacent areas, and they just said that I needed to ask someone from the specific area. Therefore I tried queuing up at the counter to ask, however there was a long queue with issues with customers with returns. The staff radioed for more help with cashiers, but none arrived. Gave up after being in the queue for 10mins. I spent 45mins in the store. At the end of the day it resulted in a loss of sales, and I'll search elsewhere.
By far the worst John Lewis I've been in. The sheer size of the store and a lack of staff is a massive detractor, and I shall not be visiting again.

My favourite John Lewis to go to. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. The cafe is nice too with pretty views. Free parking is a plus.

Visited the high Wycombe store today.
Can't fault the members of staff on the MAC and Clinique make up counters. They were both so helpful and friendly, I won't hesitate to revisit after my experience. They're definitely a credit to your store.

I ordered a made to measure roman blind today from JL in High Wycombe. I was served by Sarah Jayne who I think it's fair to say does not like Monday mornings or maybe she just didn't like the look of me. There was no greeting, very little eye contact and no thank you for your order at the end. Any question was mumbled at her computer screen, not me (the customer!) It was like being served by a robot or a chatbot, although that's probably unfair to chatbots as they do have polite and friendly words and phrases programmed into them. She clearly knew her stuff when it comes to home furnishings but her customer services skills are almost non existent and it really felt like she thought she was doing me a favour by serving me. I was glad when she had finished and I could get away. I then went to The Place to Eat and was served by Carol on the cake counter who definitely had the right attitude - a good morning, a smile, eye contact and a thank you at the end which I appreciated.

My mother in law ordered a tv last Saturday and was due to be installed today, After receiving numerous phone calls in the week confirming the delivery. She has just received a phone call saying it won't be delivered as a driver has gone off sick. Are you telling me that an establishment as big as you can't cope when one driver calls in sick. Very very poor show John Lewis.

Not the best experience at John Lewis High Wycombe today.
Whilst choosing some bedding, I was asked by a member of staff to move to make way for that member of staff to help another customer with the same bedding items.
So confused why I had to step aside.

I recently visited High Wycombe store and was very unhappy with the service.i purchased a new I phone and the assistant was to say the least rude.she never said please or thank you and was extremely brusque.
I then went to buy 2 bottles of perfume as gifts from Chanel. There was not an assistant in sight and after waiting for a while I left and bought them from Boots.
I am extremely disappointed in John Lewis.
