What an asset Mat Plocharski is to JNP Estate Agents in High Wycombe. In all of my years buying and selling houses I've never come across such a professional presentation as given by Mat. JNP dealt with the sale of my 2 bedroom flat in Downley, High Wycombe. I was given an exceptional service. My first contact was with Nathan Dowie who contacted me the same day I left a message and he arranged a visit to the flat within the next day. A very friendly and efficient service.The viewings and sale were dealt with by Lisa Smith. Who regularly called me to give me updates and followed up with the buyers on a regular basis. I was given an excellent service by Lisa and built a fantastic rapport with her.I cannot recommend JNP enough. The service was definitely 5 star. Thank you JNP. I can recommend JNP 100%.

Mat Plocharski is the estate agent you hopefully when buying or selling. He puts care into his pictures which frankly outshine most of the competitions, he will be honest about the worth of your home, solidifying a sense of trust which puts you at ease in all your conversations. There's nothing he won't do to ensure a good experience and has now, as a result ruined me for any other estate agents. Its only JNP now, and that's because of Mat. He was my first contact there after a horrible experience with Chancellors who were just dreadful from start to finish and cost me a lot of money in the end from taking so long to do their job right in any way and later though house price reductions etc. Then Mat came along at JNP and was the exact type of estate agent I needed when times were extremely tough for me. He is a great honest guy, committed to his craft and, truly, the best estate agent you can hope for.

The agent Matt is very approachable and ready to help in any time. If not JNP agency I would not be able to find the buyer as the market was bad at that time of sale. Kindness, understanding is very rear this days but he definitely has it. Thank you again ?

JNP have been absolutely superb from the start. I engaged with Mat who had all the answers to all my questions at his fingertips. He was tactical in getting the house ready to put on the site, kept me in the loop at every step and I had two dozen viewings within the first 3 days of it being on their site. I've been unlucky with my sale for various reasons outside of JNP's control and they have been brilliant helping me get every stumbling block sorted. Don't have a bad word to say.

Recently bought a house through JNP. The team were extremely helpful (especially Lisa and Janet) who answered any queries and chased things on our behalf. I've only given 4 stars because they recommended that we use Premier Property Lawyers who were a complete disaster. I'd definitely use JNP again - just not their associated solicitors.

Thank you to the fab team at JNP. Great customer service and sold our home very quickly and efficiently. Special shout outs to Nathan and Martin, for all their continued support and expertise. They were very professional, realistic in their approaches and sold our home very quickly, whilst managing our expectations. They kept in frequent contact too, and gave great feedback, so we always knew what was going on with viewings and any information we needed to know. Always happy to answer our many questions too! I have used JNP before valuing their expertise and knowledge of the market. Mitchell went through all the paperwork and took the photos to go on line, they were fantastic. Martin showed people round and was always respectful and enthusiastic with his knowledge. Two weeks later Lisa from the office rang me with an offer. I accepted! it took 2 weeks!!!!
