Chap sat at a desk behind counter (not Abid) ignored my good morning and acted extremely rudely - very unprofessional and unpleasant guy - maybe he doesn't like white people? It's the only reason I can imagine that he is so rude to complete strangers

Awful store. I made a purchase in staines jewsons (great store) tried purchasing the same product from this store for the same price and they wouldn't do it. So I finally agree to a price over the phone 50% more then what I paid previously all whilst I've got a staff member waiting there. For him to come back with the receipt for more then what was said on the phone as he then added vat to that sum. He (Donald) Didn't make it clear that he was adding vat to that sum aswell so I ended up paying nearly double for a product I paid for in staines.My product was never on a deal in staines due to the color I wanted just much better staff there. They still made a profit I go away happy instead I'm left feeling robbed and really annoyed when dealing with high Wycombe branch.Disgusting pricing wanting to rob trade walk INS and diyers. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS BRANCH.Unfortunately my local nranch didn't have any in stock and staines was to far from site. I would recommend asking for a price before driving there.

I would like to share that Phoebe helped me today to hunt for a clay pipe and make sure it was delivered to my local branch from Ruislip ni,nothing was to much trouble and a very competitive price so I will be using this branch as always for future reference.Once again thank you jewsons Wycombe branch.
