Discusting service dr Wilson said given my history I need X-ray, This was Friday 15th December it?s now 18th and still no referral. After calling surgery they said they would send another task, how many should they have to send. Dr Wilson working from home today they said there was nothing else they could do, really poor service and unfair,after being registered with this surgery for over 30 years I feel totally deflated

Update 2023: If I could give them 0 stars i would. Absolutely one of the worst practices there is. My daughter of 10 has a high fever, called to get an urgent appointment, was number 36 in the queue. Took over 2 hours, finally got through and was told they cant help, I need to call back tomorrow!I said her fever is high then low and keeps fluctuating, what should I do... her response...take her to A&E and that was that. Absolutely just the worst service and they don't seem to care at all! You cannot ever get an appointment here...its just terrible. Badly run and managed practice. They clearly have more patients on their books then they can handle or care for. I've had numerous issues myself with this practice over the years but if a very poorly 10 year old can't get to see a Dr you know the system is broken.

I am not associated with the surgery in anyway.Having moved to Bryant?s Bottoms earlier this year it meant I had to change surgeries. I was apprehensive as my previous surgery was ok. I have nothing but praise for Hughenden valley surgery. The reception staff are always polite and friendly and have always managed to get me an appointment/call back. The level of service from the gps and nurse has been outstanding. Thank you, to you all.

Very poor service please be careful with the level of customer service zero, so many people in the car park saying how bad this place is,a real eye opener visit here at your own risk.The girl on the desk receptionist has a lot to deal with,feel a bit sorry for her,but it?s her choice to get grief

Been trying to get my elderly mother to get district nurse to attend her home, doctors agreed to this but D/N still refuses, also trying to contact the surgery phone system is a joke when you do get though the person you want is in a Meeting ask to phone back still waiting week later and there is no email to write your concerns down.

Today I arrived for an appointment made a few weeks ago. I waited for an hour, to discover the doctor my appointment was with was not there. I had checked in correctly on the screen - surely the system could work out the doctor wasn?t there and alert me.The next available appointment (with a different doctor) is weeks away.What a waste of my time and so inefficient!

My appointment was delayed so I had to leave as I had another medical appointment which was more urgent. Receptionist was able to reschedule my blood test to another date.

It is 1.27 p.m and I have just phoned the Hughenden Surgery, which on the web site is stated to be open from 8.00 a.m. until 6.00 p.m. However, the recorded message told me that the surgery was 'closed until 2.00 p.m.' A bit more attention to the accuracy of the web site wouldn't go amiss to avoid inconvenience for patients.

Probably unusual to give good reviews for a blood test, but credit where it's due! If you're going to have one, insist it's with Nurse Kamaria. I genuinely didn't feel a thing - and no bruising is a bonus. In and out of surgery in less than 5 minutes. Nurse Kamaria was warm, friendly and efficient. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience!

I would give them less than one star if I could. Cannot get through to them even after being on hold for over a hour. They refer you to the ask first app which is a complete waste of time as you can?t actually book a appointment as non available. I had a appointment booked the earliest they would give one was in 3 weeks even after the doctor ask to see me in 2 weeks only to have it cancelled by them 50 minutes before the actual appointment. I still went to the surgery as could not get through on the phone try rearrange an appointment. They then only offered me another appointment over two months away. They told me the reason for the cancellation was the doctor was sick but when I was leaving the surgery the doctor I was due to see came out and called another patient in. So it appears don?t tell the truth.They really need to review there day to day running.

Receptionists are an absolute joke and incredibly unhelpful. Referrals have been lost. Everything has to be done online all the time, I've no idea how elderly cope? The practice still don't fax prescriptions to other pharmacies to process, so we are stuck with their own pharmacy who's opening times leave much to be desired.Drs can be overly thorough, which can lead to unnecessary precautionary tests probably wasting tonnes of NHS money. I wish they would spend less money on computer systems and new reception desks and concentrate on giving good service. No matter what the issue is everything has to be done online. Reception staff just there for decoration obviously.

Dreadful treatment by this surgery after my father passed away.My father passed away 2 weeks ago. We have been chasing and chasing for the death certificate. All sorts of excuses on why they hadn't done it, then today they called to say that they couldn't issue one, because they hadn't seen him in the past 28 days. I am stuck for words to express how badly we have been treated, and I know that my father felt the same on the care that he (didn't) receive from this surgery.
