Excellent company.Friendly, knowledgeable and jovial, all the qualities you need when parting with hard earned cash, and delivery was just as good. It's good to be able to have a laugh with people these days.(Unlike some places you go to where you're lucky to get a grunt from the staff).

I placed an order for some bricks at grant & stone highwycombe in the Mill end Road branch and agreed to pick them up a day later.The following day when I went I was charged an extra £30 and was told the prices change over night which I have never heard before so I decided to cancel the order and get my full refund as this was all happening another member of staff called Christian Hudson listening to the conversation agreed with me that they should honour a quote given but as we were not getting anywhere he went straight to the manager and reported this and the manager resolved this matter immediately in my favour.i would like to thank the manager for helping us he was a gentleman but I would like to specially say a big thank you to Christian Hudson who came out of his way and helped me he was a bright individual very calm and understanding I hope his hard work and professionalism is recognised as if he didn't help me that day I would have gone elsewhere so thanks once again Christian Hudson.

We had to visit two different branches to get everything we wanted. It was all for delivery anyway, but each branch could only sell us specific things.....a v curious business model
