Global travels provided a thoroughly impeccable customer service. An option was available to tailor meet your travel needs via online, phone or face to face. This was very helpful and convenient. They provide a superb service that goes above and beyond anything we expected with other travel agencies. Key points I found with them is they were very honest, trustworthy, patient and informative. Once we were comfortable they completed it all smoothly. I have especially appreciated there time efforts and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I am not at all satisfied with this company they have rubbish service. I booked tickets 2years ago now and they got cancelled and up until now global travels have not given my money back. I have tried contacting them many times but no answer. I would not recommend anyone to book with this company.

I recently used GTE for booking my holiday - I found them not only to be well informed but also found their customer service to be second to none.
