I bought a controller from GAME Aylesbury and was crying out for a salesman to sell me on stuff. But the two guys there literally sat behind the counter like they couldn't have cared less. I eventually bought a controller and a game on my own steam and a month later the controller button wore out. So one can imagine I was irritated at this point.Anyway I took the pad back to GAME in high Wycombe. A young man with a golden beard had just sold a ps5 pack to another man. I told him my problem with the controller and he said there was no problem, refunded me for the broken, advised me on a better one, and sold me controller care insurance for the next two years for 9 quid extra. What were the guys in aylesbury doing!?So, proceeded to have a nice chat to me about games and even recommended me two I hadn't considered based on our talk. PROMOTE THIS GUY!So thank you very much to the chap working on Tuesday evening Feb 14th '23. You are a star and have reaffirmed my faith that GAME do know what they're doing.

Incredibly rude, mocking and disrespectful staff. They wouldn?t allow us to return an unopened game, even with the receipt. Scandalous trade in prices, even for new games. No wonder GAME is going under. Hopefully it will be gone by this time next year. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Pretty good selection of games, Game was not like it use to be when I was younger! The store felt dark and everything cramped, if the layout were improved it would draw more people in.

Employees are great but their selection on Funko's is seriously weak and overpriced, they have £8 Funko's in there for £15 and they put stickers all over the box which in turn ruins the funko's

Good value and selection of products. Shop clean and presents a much nicer environment than other high street offerings. Staff are always friendly - served by a lady called Saskia who was excellent! Would recommend.

I visited the Game store in High Wycombe and the experience by far was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Jason (manager) and Pete (colleague) were both extremely helpful and made my experience spectacular. They really do know how to look after their customers. If you?re looking to buy a console or any games, then I recommend you visit this place especially because of the staff and their customer service. Keep up the great work and I will make sure I give you guys a massive shout out and recommend people to come and visit your store. ??????

Enjoy going in here with the kids. I very rarely buy any games from here as they are considerably more expensive than online or even Argos. Tend to buy more funko pops from Game...as they can do some good deals occasionally. Staff are always friendly I have have found. There are a few negative comments on here ref the staff but l think those comments were aimed at the previous staff that worked here.

Being a bit if a gamer, I always enjoy visiting a GAME store. One thing that it lacks is console testing where you can just pick up a controller and play a little to try out a console and a new game. Would have loved to try the new PS5 and Series X consoles. The setup exists but is turned off most of the time and inaccessible. This was pretty much the case before COVID too.

It took 29 mins to be acknowledged as the 2 staff chatted with 2 other staff who were on their days off, purchasing items. There was no sense of urgency or customer service, just having a good old social. They really were just there for a leisurely catch up and laugh. They didn't think to maybe have 1 staff member deal with the day off staff leaving the other to actually serve the large queue of customer. In these current times with retail being so under pressure you would think that it would be more of a priority, but it clearly in this store was not.

Have always used game since the shop and brand company was introduced. Always great service, staff are much like myself so easy to strike a conversation and they know the responses and replies to questions and advice. Website, pre order system eveything is absolutely bang on. Well recommended
