The package with my pre-assembled chair arrived on time according to the tracking I was given, the driver even messaged and called to let me know when he would be arriving. Nice service.

“Huge store with lots of materials and wide range of tools.
I especially like that there is a specific shelf of power drills (DeWalt, Makita, Bosch), so that you can physically feel and get an idea of the comfort, handling and grips on the drills.
The other local DIY stores (e.g. Toolstation) keep their demo power drills locked up behind the till, so you can’t get a feel for the tools. Not sure why they bother, it’s basically just a 3D version of the website photo, out of reach of the customer, so what’s the point.

“Some absolutely solid deals to be had! The store is mighty untidy and the tills rarely have enough staff on them, yet there is an abundance of staff walking around, which seems very odd. However, the place really nails everything else and also, the cafe is great. I like the place.”

We only went in to have look round but came out with a marble coffee table set.
The process was easy and very painless. I can't wait to have the coffee table in place, but long delivery unfortunately.

“I brought a freeview box quickly and efficiently. Justin was extremely helpful with the sale and gave me good advice.
