We are delighted with the excellent craftsmanship and luxurious look and feel of our beautiful new sofas - they are magnificent! We received outstanding customer service from Simon in store; we had travelled a long way to view furniture at Evan?s and it was definitely worth it. Delivery was so efficient and received well before the predicted date.

Chose this local company because they could offer purpose built 2.5 seater sofa with considerable choice of style and fabric. We also chose an Italian leather sofa in a coordinating colour. This was a much better fit for our room than other similar sofas in major retailers. The staff were very friendly and did not try to flog us lots of add-ons as the big stores do. Delivery guys very friendly and got the sofas in despite tight fit. Missing star in recognition of high price and longish wait compared to the high street alternative. Happy to support a local quality furniture provider.

I places an order for a sideboard and coffee table , Evans was able to deliver in the same week ! The drivers called beforehand to say they were on the way and were so courteous and lovely. They places the pieces in the place they were to live with efficiency. Overall a fantastic experience and I love love my new sideboard and table. High quality and beautiful wood . I will definitely be buying from here again. Lovely to use a local company and british made items too. 10/10

Still waiting on a sofa that was ordered in September 2022 that was meant to be on a 12week lead time and every time I call for an update told a date and guess what it is not stuck too and then nobody knows when it?s coming. Was meant to be with me yesterday, but you guessed right still not here and nobody calling back.Only week 25 now!!!! Check your delivery dates guys.

Spent half an hour in the showroom. No other customers. No one acknowledged us even though both employees saw us enter. One employee (manager?) marched around on his mobile the entire time, in his coat. The other employee was nowhere to be seen after we initially entered. Shame.

I can?t thank Evans of High Wycombe enough. It was a slow process trying to find our dream sofa but as soon as we found Evans and in particular Mark who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, we knew we?d found THE sofa. Evans are so professional with fantastic quality products, great attention to detail and excellent customer service. I couldn?t recommend them enough. Thank you Evans and to Mark for his professionalism and expertise and help creating a thing of beauty. Who knew you could get so excited over a sofa!

Ordered 2 manual reclining chairs, (we thought there would be less to go wrong) in November 2021. One with right hand lever, one left hand. 16 week delivery turned into 20+ weeks. One chair correct, one not! Agreed to replace( after some while). First chair broke within 2 weeks. Second chair delivered and ALSO incorrect. 7 months later another chair delivered, correct side for lever, but suspect first chair changed, repaired and sent. Foot rest loose, back loose. Not happy at all. Would not reccomend and will never return to Evans!!!! Emailed after 1 week, but have had no response from the team. ?Poor beyond belief!

We purchased a three piece La-Z-Boy suite from Evans of High Wycombe in December 2015. It arrived in 2016 and both recliner chairs were returned because of poor manufacture. These were finally replaced in October 2016.We now find that one of the recliner seats tips to one side, and a ridge can be felt in the centre running from front to back of the chair.All items of the suite had A5 cardboard labels giving a 10 year warranty. When I wrote to Evans of High Wycombe my letter was ignored, and it was only after a further Email did I receive a reply. They state that La-Z-Boy have ignored them, and in the very small print of the warranty document it is either for 1 or 2 years. WHAT ABOUT THE 10 YEAR WARRANTY LABEL?Evans were quick enough to make the sale, but did not make it clear that a 10 year warranty is meaningless. They are now trying to wash their hands of their responsibilities.
