Awful service. Ordered a part click and collect from this store, no email or text to say it was ready. Went to the store to find a queue out the door and one person serving (very slowly).
Thought would go back a few days later but then received an email 'collection confirmation' stating had collected it (I had not). Have raised this with customer support and credit card disputed. AVOID

Shot I wasn't sat around like I normally am in euro parts got seen pretty fast and even got my parts within 10 minutes my experiencing a number of different europarts is sitting around waiting for a staff member when the place is empty and it's got no queues waiting

Not only are they so slow in this shop, we call up to reserve something, then we turn up and they don?t have it. Very unhappy with high Wycombe branch, would rather drive to another location.

Ordered book online, received confirmation to collect order, went there but order was not available.Ask the till guy to cancel my order, he said i need to do it online. Called customer care, they said cancel request has been taken i will get refund in 3-4 days, didn't receive any refund so called again, now saying they have sent request to store to cancel the order. once they cancel from their side thn i will get refund. Its been 7 days now, neither my order is cancelled nor i got refund. Worst store to buy the parts. GSF is better thn this. Don't buy anything from them, they are all useless.

Not bad at all. Could do with more staff though as service is slow, but in my experience, they?re clearly trying their best.

Unfussy car parts dealer who seems to have everything I need. Website is clear for ordering then simply click for collection or delivery. Small car park but that's hardly their fault.
