Attended the HW Eden branch to arrange a battery replacement via the EE service centre. The manager and member of staff that processed my ticket were knowledgable, efficient and friendly.

Today I went to EE High Wycombe to speak about mobile phone plans. After a few minutes waiting for someone to approach me, but no one did and I walked away disappointed. Another customer who came to shop after me he left even earlier when saw no one is caring about him.

They?re liars. I switched from Sky to EE and the girl who made the contract said everything would be included. In the end, I had to close my Sky contract with a £600 payment because I had a TV from them. They?re such liars. Not even Netflix was included in the price she promised and I ended up stuck with the contract. Never again?this store and EE are the worst. Their TV broadcast is much worse than Sky with lower quality.

I had a really poor experience at the High Wycombe store. I work in London and live up north, so I visited this store as it was conveniently located at the time, with the intention of upgrading my contract that was due for renewal. Unfortunately, the process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.
The experience guide assisting me, quoted a significantly higher price?by £30 per month?compared to what I was later offered at a store closer to home.
For example, at High Wycombe, I was quoted £86.00 a month on a 36-month contract. When I inquired about a 24-month option, she claimed there was no cost difference, which seemed odd. Eventually, she offered a ?best price? of £72.00 per month, but it still didn?t sit right with me.
A week later, I upgraded in my local store up north and had a vastly different experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and the process was straightforward and seamless. I walked out with a 24-month contract at £60.00 per month WITH THE SAME PHONE AND CONTACT as quoted in High Wycombe?a much better deal.
This disparity has left me feeling confused and concerned. I even asked the local store if tariff pricing varies by location, and they confirmed it doesn?t. The contrast between the two experiences is stark, and it seems like the High Wycombe store is more focused on meeting targets or earning commission at the expense of customer satisfaction.
I won?t be returning to the High Wycombe store, and I?d caution others to be wary. The difference in service and pricing between the two stores is unacceptable.
I also take no pleasure in leaving a negative review but at a time when money is tight for most household, this is not satisfactory.

Delivered my phone for repair on Saturday.....Monday I received an email with tracking, saying that the phone has been repaired, and it was shipped back to the EE shop in High Wycombe.....today is Thursday, and I have still not received my phone.... I called the shop, but they say they don't know where it is.......if it has gone missing, they have to give me a new phone.....

Disgraceful customer service from couple of girls running the shop, the one serving me couldn't even be bothered to make eye contact. Really off-putting, self-absorbed and no people skills whatsoever.

Unfortunately this shop is franchised and are completely happy to miss sell phone contracts and then completely lie to your face when they get caught out my only advice is CHECK YOUR CONTRACT and avoid this shop.

Well never had good service or advice towards a good deal yet here, at this store within Eden Centre. I was there on a free service of my iPhone, but as I walked in I was told to wait , sit down. But then as I sat there I noticed other customers coming in after me , were being served first ?? Why I thought ! When I asked I was given a sharp dismissive response of - you?ve been noted ?? What does that even mean ? Then when eventually a member of staff did come to my aid, all he told me was that it?s not necessary to have the free service anyway ?? What?s going on here really ! So I was fobbed off and I?d had enough of this bad customer service too! So I left vowing to not go with EE again once my contract ends !!
