Just Ok
The layout needs work. It can sometimes feel like a jumble sale, untidy and not very well organised/display of products. Click & collect is useful - never had an issue using that service. The staff are friendly enough although not many are knowledgable on the products etc., it is hit & miss depending on who you ask for more information.
A formal complaint has been made about the security guard due to his constant biased harrassment during every visit to the store, even following out of the shop & watching us get in our car, very uncomfortable, very distressing. Certainly makes any trip to this local store anxiety-inducing, tend to travel out to Slough or Aylesbury for a more peaceful shopping experience.

This is more for the restaurant staff, service with a smile wouldn't go a miss, served our lunch 1st June she didn't ask who's was who's just plonked it on the table and walked off,wasn't the first time we'd been either and all the time the staff are so unhappy...

Some absolutely solid deals to be had! The store is mighty untidy and the tills rarely have enough staff on them, yet there is an abundance of staff walking around, which seems very odd. However, the place really nails everything else and also, the cafe is great. I like the place.

It was the first time I visited this store and I was really impressed. Very spacious and lots and lots of items around,great prices and choice.
