From the minute we arrived at the store Giorgia was polite, cheerful and knowledgeable. She was patient with us trying so many different mattresses and didn?t pressure as at any point to buy anything at all. We ended up with a comfortable new mattress and a fantastic TV bed and we can?t wait for them to be delivered. Also the new memory foam pillows we bought are amazing and we both slept so well with them last night.I highly recommend this store and Giorgia in particular. She is so lovely and is a credit to the business. We will most definitely return to Dreams for further purchases.

Sales rep Mick was absolutely brilliant to deal with sorting a super king mattress for me in store. Very friendly when I entered the showroom and gave great advice to direct me towards a mattress suitable for my needs from his vast range of knowledge.Mick explained the process for finance and made me feel at ease washed down with a cup of tea.Super quick delivery date booked in and I?m excited for my first good nights sleep in years.Thanks again Mick!

Great sale approach on the day of visiting, however the sale was reversed due to there lack of transparency as they had added so many unnecessary and unwanted insurance protection products which was never explained or made clear which left me with a bad taste. There printer was not working at the time so they had to email the invoice. At this point we discovered the insurance products.. felt like smoke and mirrors sales techniques. Unfortunately for them I have worked in sales for 28 years.. I would say they were very helpful when it came to the refund once we explained our experience. Check the invoice carefully before going ahead. Demand a copy. It?s a shame as the young sales lady on the day was great. But not how we do business..

We were seen by a lovely lady called Syd . Who was was not pushy, offered us a drink and answered all the questions we asked.Very impressed with her professionalism. Ended up ordering three mattresses!

Had an amazing experience at the High Wycombe Dreams Branch. Mick was super helpful and made a rather daunting experience so smooth. I won?t be needing another mattress for a long time (hopefully) but would 100% go back whenever I need to.
