I had a voucher for a free pizza and side following a previous order that arrived freezing cold. The voucher gave me a ?phone code?, so of course I called to use it and order my pizza. The man I spoke to was very argumentative and denied it could be used over the phone. Eventually he conceded and allowed me to request a pizza but refused the side order, which was clearly outlined on the voucher. I insisted and then he put me on hold for 11 minutes. During which time I?d arrived at the pizza house while still on hold. Pretty poor service from a brand with a good reputation. This franchise clearly needs help. I?ll cross the road to Pizza GoGo next time - far superior pizza and customer service. Just save yourself some hassle and go elsewhere.

I ordered my food for collection and when it was ready I made my way into the store , upon arrival the store was empty and I was the only customer , I tried to get the staff members attention to make them understand my pizza was ready and sitting on the side but I got completely ignored and they just continued making more new pizzas , i then tried again to get the staff member attention he just ignored and made more pizzas and when he felt like it he then stopped and gave me my pizza .
I have attached a photo of the rude staff member .
This me never needs a class on respect and customer service

Hygiene doesn't really exist in this place, they touch the shop phones and computer in store then go straight to making pizza with dirty hands.
It tastes nice but they have to be more hygienic

Extremely slow service

The delivery took 20-30 minutes after saying it was going to take 13 minutes and never updated. The tracker didn?t work at all either. I checked reviews and noticed others had issues with delivery so called after it had been 20 minutes of waiting and the service wasn?t great. They told me that the delivery was late because of a traffic light in High Wycombe and that it would be there soon. It did eventually arrive and luckily the food was still hot and the drinks were cold. The fries (which are new) weren?t very nice but the pizza was good.

Me and my daughter have become seriously unwell (ended up in A&E) due to food poisoning from here.

Good service, food always arrives hot and orders are correct. When I have occurred problems they have been fixed very quickly and occasionally with free items to compensate the inconvenience.
