“I knew what I wanted/needed, but had no idea of what it was called, I asked a member of staff who kinda knew as much as I did, to be fair it wasn't a section she was familiar with, but knew a man that did:) Steve listened to my explanation, did a Google search of random words and found my item, didn't sell it in store but I was able to order it online, free postage for a very cheap item.
