We visited DFS High Wycombe on Saturday 2nd August and put down a sizeable deposit for an expensive clearance sofa set that clearly marked with an ?Immediate Delivery? sign. The staff member assisting us assured us the delivery would be made within 7?10 days and that we would be contacted the following Monday to arrange a date.
It is now 12 days later and we have had no contact at all. We have no idea where our sofas are. Customer services have given us multiple false promises ? for example, that the sofas would be loaded onto the van this week and we?d be called by Tuesday at the latest. It?s now Thursday, still no call.
We?ve been left constantly chasing for updates. The main customer services team say it?s an issue for the store, but we?re told we can?t call the store directly. No one seems to take responsibility or genuinely want to help. For a company of DFS?s size, this level of communication and service is unacceptable.

There's a Facebook group (complaints or unhappy customer service. DFS) and the High Wycombe branch should get a mention. I visited on January 30 earlier this year and made sure to stay clear of the salesman Kamil Lesniewski. They don't have the best staff. Irene Tyuleneva is another one that comes to mind. On another review site (Trustpilot), she's been described as rude and only acts nice when there's a possible sale to get commission. She boasts about the amount of sales she makes online and treats it like a competition between herself and Kamil Lesniewski. It worries me that she's been dishonest for Kamil Lesniewski. Irene Tyuleneva knows Kamil outside of work and knew about the review Kamil wrote on Locaji.co.uk (February 2023), pretending to be a customer even though he's worked at DFS since 2022. What else does Irene lie about for Kamil? Kamil should work on his acting skills, next time he uploads a video like he did on February 5 2025. Maybe she should spend less time on her phone, instead of thinking of the next video to upload and be an honest employee. Very untrustworhty staff that seem happy to sell anything poor quality, for the sake of targets and promotion. Most of the positive reviews for Irene Tyuleneva, Kamil Lesniewski and the High Wycombe branch come from paid shoppers and internet followers. Don't be fooled. Kamil and Irene are kept on because of their online profiles.

Awful walked in walked round sales staff couldn?t look more disinterested in us. One was sat on a sofa playing on their phone. And another only spoke when we were walking out. We went to furniture village and made a purchase.

Poor neighbours.Have an alarm that can ring for 12 hours solid without response at the weekend.No keyholder to be found and deaf to all the complaints.SORT IT OUT.YOUR ALARM IS FAULTY.

Clearly has a faulty alarm system, that goes off whenever. Last time it started at 11:30pm and didn?t stop till they opened next morning. No keyholders came to turn it off. This has happened multiple times over the last of months. Sort. It. Out.

I got the sofa from dfs , after I received the sofa it was unfinished ,I raised the complaint within a month, and it took more the 2and half years to fix the sofa, still it?s not good enough.there customer service is the worser than I have ever seen. I recommend everyone not go dfs ,go somewhere else. If you set up your mind to get harassed by dfs you can go .i will never go to dfs .worse furniture company in the uk

ALARM CONSTANTLY GOES OFF ALL NIGHT!!!! NO ONE EVEN BOTHERS TO COME TURN IT OFF!!! KEEPS ME AWAKE AND IM SURE OTHERS WHO LIVE IN THE AREA TOO!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! SORT IT OUT OR IM MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT!!!!

Is anyone going to remove the dead bird that got trapped in the nest on the roof of this store? ?
It?s been there for 2-3 weeks at least. Perhaps the nest isn?t totally necessary?

appalling service. the delivery men just dumped the sofa and left. I was assured I would get a call back and a gesture of goodwill but they have not called me back despite many calls from me. DON'T GO HERE. ITS A REALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. Edit: they reneged on this gesture, yelling me their gesture of goodwill was to provide the service that I paid for 6 days late and the manager refused to come to the phone! Unbelievable

Walked in to the store. All staff were on their mobiles, chatting in the office. Other customers were looking for assistance. Unsatisfactory customer service!
Completely different customer service at DFS Slough. Very attentive, helpful staff, excellent information & knowledge on products...so I placed my order there!

When we arrived we were the only customers in the shop. The staff stayed in their glass pod with the door shut and ignored us.
We were choosing a sofa, but the lack of help encouraged us to give up.
In the end we went to Furniture Village up the road and bought a sofa there instead.
