Not directly to me but I was really surprised this morning around 9AM when I am being served at currys, I can hear one of the gentleman working at currys in green vest being very rude to a young man who was asking for some help with a charger. You can tell the young boy is in a rush and the Currys staff was making a joke at him. Upsetting because the chap who served me was so so lovely.

The manager of the high Wycombe store was rude and unhelpful. I told him I paid for a laptop in the Aylesbury store as the staff there informed me the laptop I wanted was in high Wycombe and not Aylesbury. I waited for the whole day and no pick up email arrived in my inbox. So I drove to high Wycombe with my son (it?s a Chromebook for school so I need it urgently as school starts Thursday) and explained this to the manager who stood at the door and he told me he cannot help and I must go and await the email. I wasn?t having any of it and insisted and finally he asked a staff member to check and lo and behold the laptop was there with no issues and the staff member told me that they have problems with emails currently. The manager didn?t even apologise nor try and help until I insisted and then grimaced and walked away. I won?t be coming to Curry?s again I?m afraid. Real bad attitude and lack of customer service.

Very slow getting served for a refund, only 1 person on desk, about 15/20 minutes of waiting someone else can and served!!

Beware exchange policy if buying in. Store. If you damage the packaging at all they will not exchange it. Package was difficult to open so it tore about in inch. Man I spoke to was also very blunt and not very polite. Won?t be going back.

Website tells you item available for collection, takes your money, you go to pick up and told the system was wrong and it is not in stock. Store (High Wycombe) refuses to cancel your order or refund making you waste time calling their own customer service who tell you to wait 3 days for your money back. You tell the store you are not impressed with their service and then the store assistant doesnt apologise in any way for this and instead gives you attitude. WILL NEVER SHOP AT CURRYS EVER AGAIN!

Sold us a printer. Told us we had to buy ink, as it didn't come with the printer. The ink was literally AS EXPENSIVE as the printer. Got it home, setting it up, lo & behold - It comes with ink.

Good stock, bad prices. Currys really need to get competitive in this market, even CEX is selling better quality ethernet cables cheaper than you are!
The staff are okay, but don't really seem to know too much tech wise. If you have a basic question you should be fine, but if you're looking for more specific technical advice I'd advise consulting an expert or Gemini.

Went to Wycombe store to buy tv.
Had to see wait 20 mins before someone came to assist .
Spoke to manager Saeed who didn't give a damn .Didnt even apooolise for the long wait .

I visited Currys twice this week, and both times the store was nearly empty. On my first visit, the staff member upstairs was on her phone, rushed through some unhelpful advice, and immediately resumed her personal call.
On the second visit, I waited 30 minutes for a paid item. When I asked if it would take much longer, the staff member looked annoyed and nodded as if I was being impatient. Eventually, someone brought the item but took so long I genuinely thought something had happened to him.
